COVID 19 - flexible booking policy

Travel Gallery is committed to providing travellers as much flexibility as possible when booking a holiday, we want you to be able to plan ahead & book with confidence that should your situation change, postponements and cancellations are possible. The following apply for new reservations made from the 15th June 2020 and for departures until 30th November 2021.

·        Should you wish to postpone a holiday, for whatever reason, you may do so up to 60 days prior to the date of travel, with no administration fees. You only need to pay any differences in flight or hotel costs, if applicable. We will tell you at the time of bookings if any element of your holiday has a restricted refund.

·        Should you wish to cancel your holiday within 60 days prior to departure because of a COVID related matter, you will only pay for any non-refundable commitments which we have made with our suppliers. Close to the departure date we may ask for medical proof of the COVID restriction, if required by our suppliers.   

·        If an FCO travel restriction applies to a destination that you will be travelling to, Travel Gallery will either postpone your trip or if you prefer, within the terms of the European Package Travel Regulations, refund fully the cost of the holiday.
