Hotel Sigiriya is located within the Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka, which consists of Anuradhapura, Pollonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Dambulla. As the hotel name suggests, it is close to the Sigiriya Rock fortress.
The hotel has 79 Standard Rooms all have air-conditioning, LCD Flat TV with built-in DVD Player, Mini Bar, Terrace and Tea/Coffee Maker. The hotel has undergone some refurbishment in recent years, initially the public areas and now the rooms have recently been renovated, with updated bathrooms.
Within the hotel’s ground there are a good range of leisure facilities including Tennis, Badminton, Bicycle Hire, Chess, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Darts& Carom.
In our opinion this hotel now offers great value for money and is has a fantastic location. The lack of connecting rooms makes it difficult for families with younger children.
